When you book through our platform, we may collect:

- Payment information, processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Any information you provide in the booking form
- Basic website data through essential cookies only

- Send booking confirmations and reminders

We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else.
How Long We Keep It
We keep booking and payment records for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@connectionclinic.co.uk. We will delete everything except what we are legally required to retain.

Each therapist on our platform is an independent self-employed practitioner who holds their own ICO registration and is responsible for their own data handling in relation to your therapy sessions. Your therapist will provide you with their own privacy notice when you begin working together.
