Connection Clinic
Sex and relationship therapy, matched to you.
Thoughtful support for individuals and couples navigating intimacy, desire, communication and connection.
Why Connection Clinic exists
Finding the right support should feel easier than this.
Most people will experience a sexual or relationship problem at some point in their life. Most of them won't get help.
Not because they don't want to. But because finding someone they actually feel safe talking to about it is harder than it should be.
Sex and relationships are the last great taboo. We weren't taught about them. We don't talk about them. And when something goes wrong — when desire disappears, when intimacy feels impossible, when the distance between you and your partner starts to feel impossible to close — we tend to carry it alone.
Connection Clinic exists because that needs to change.
Every therapist on our platform is a specialist in psychosexual and relationship therapy. It's what they do. So when you get in touch, you don't have to explain yourself or justify why you're there. You just have to take the first step.
What we help with
Support for the things people often struggle to talk about.
From intimacy and desire to communication, identity and relationship patterns, our therapists support a wide range of sexual and relationship concerns.

Whatever brings you here, you're in the right place.
You've been putting this off for months. Maybe years.
You've wondered whether what you're going through even matters.
You're not sure where to start or whether it's even possible to feel different.
You've Googled it more times than you can count.
You know something isn't right but you can't quite put your finger on what.
You want things to feel different — you just haven't found the right person to help you get there yet.
You want a sex life that actually feels good.
You want to feel more confident and more at ease in your own body.
You want to stop avoiding the conversation — with your partner, or with yourself.
You want to feel more connected — to your partner, to your own desire, to yourself.
You want to understand yourself better and stop repeating the same patterns.

Our therapists
Specialist therapists chosen with care and experience.
Finding someone you actually feel safe talking to about this — really safe — is the part most people underestimate.
It's not just about qualifications. It's about finding someone who has spent their career in this specific space. Who has heard it all. Who gets it without you having to explain.
That's what every therapist on our platform brings.
What most people don't know is that therapy in the UK is an unregulated profession, which means qualifications vary enormously.
Every therapist on our platform holds postgraduate specialist training, is registered or accredited with COSRT or BACP, fully insured, continuously supervised and personally vetted by our founder before joining.
This is the work they're trained for.
Nothing you bring will surprise them. Nothing is off limits. And you won't spend your first session wondering whether they really understand.
They do.

After years of working in this field, I kept seeing the same barriers come up.
People waiting months for an appointment. People who could not afford specialist fees. People who'd seen two or three therapists before finding someone who truly understood this area.
People who did not know where to start or how to know whether someone was properly qualified.
Connection Clinic exists because those barriers should not be there.
I wanted to create somewhere that brought the right therapists together in one place — vetted, qualified and accessible. Somewhere that took the guesswork out of finding help with something this personal.
Led with care, not algorithms
Every therapist is qualified, experienced and chosen with the same standard of care Becky brings to her own practice.

Things you might be wondering about.
A few answers before you take the next step.
I've never done therapy before — what actually happens?
+
Your first session is really just a conversation. Your therapist will want to understand what's going on for you and what you're hoping to get from therapy. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to — you set the pace entirely.
Will anything physical happen in sessions?
+
Absolutely not. Sex therapy is a talking therapy — you will never be asked to undress or do anything sexual during a session.
Can I come on my own even if it's a relationship issue?
+
Yes, absolutely. Many of our clients come individually, even when the issue involves a partner.
I'm worried about being judged.
+
Our therapists specialise in this area — it's their entire focus. There is genuinely nothing you can say that will surprise them.
