About Connection Clinic

Connection Clinic Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

We operate an online platform that connects clients with specialist self-employed psychosexual and relationship therapists.

By using our platform and booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Our Service

Connection Clinic provides a booking and payment platform. We do not provide therapy directly. All therapy services are provided by independent self-employed therapists who are listed on our platform.

Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the point of booking
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been processed
• You will receive a confirmation email after booking
• Your therapist will contact you within 24 hours Monday to Friday to introduce themselves and send you their client agreement

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will not be refunded
• No shows will not be refunded
• Refunds cannot be issued for sessions that have already taken place

Your Therapist's Terms

Each therapist on our platform operates as an independent self-employed practitioner and holds their own professional terms of service, cancellation policy and client agreement. You will receive these directly from your therapist before your first session.

Clinical Responsibility

Connection Clinic is not responsible for the clinical content of therapy sessions. All clinical responsibility rests with your individual therapist who is fully accredited or registered, insured and regulated by their professional body.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the booking process or platform, please email hello@connectionclinic.co.uk and we will respond within 5 working days.

If your complaint relates to the clinical content of your therapy sessions, please refer to your therapist's own complaints procedure.

Limitation of Liability

Connection Clinic's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your booking. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or therapy services received.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
